BlogHash Pro WordPress Theme Download For Free

I am a recovering theme tweaker. I have spent hours adjusting margins, changing font sizes, moving sidebars. I have tried dozens of themes. Most of them either give you too few options (you feel trapped) or too many (you feel lost). BlogHash sits in a sweet spot. The free version is clean. The Pro version, at $39 per year, adds exactly the features I needed to stop tweaking and start writing. Here is my experience.

I discovered BlogHash when I was looking for a fast magazine theme. The free version loaded quickly. It looked good out of the box. But I wanted a few things. A sticky header. A grid layout for my blog. A way to show popular posts. Pro gave me those without overwhelming me with options.

The Sticky Header That Took Two Seconds to Set Up

In the free version, the header scrolls away. I write long posts. People scroll down, then they have to scroll back up to use the menu. That is annoying. BlogHash Pro has a sticky header option. It is one checkbox in the customizer. Check it, save, done. No CSS. No plugins. My bounce rate dropped by about 7% after I turned it on.

The free version has no sticky header. If you write short posts, maybe you do not need it. But if you write long-form content, you will want this.

The Grid Layout That Made My Blog Look Like a Magazine

The free version shows your blog posts as a list. Title, excerpt, read more. That is fine, but it looks like every other blog. BlogHash Pro adds a grid layout. Three columns. Images at the top. Titles and excerpts below. It looks like a real magazine. I switched to grid and immediately felt better about my site. People started clicking on more posts because they could see more options at once.

The free version has only the list layout. If you have a lot of posts with images, the grid is much better.

The Popular Posts Widget That Actually Works

I used a popular posts plugin before. It added extra database queries. Every time someone loaded my site, the plugin counted the view. My site slowed down. BlogHash Pro has a popular posts widget that uses a simple view counter. It is lightweight. It does not slow down my site. I added it to my sidebar. My most popular posts now get even more traffic because people see them listed.

The free version has no popular posts widget. You would need a plugin. Plugins add bloat. Pro includes it.

The Related Posts Section That Does Not Annoy Me

Some related posts plugins show random posts that have nothing to do with the current article. BlogHash Pro shows posts from the same category. That is it. No complex algorithms. No extra database calls. Just three posts with thumbnails and titles. I added it to the bottom of my posts. My page views per session went from 1.8 to 2.3.

The free version has no related posts. If you want people to stay on your site, you need this.

The Color System That Does Not Require CSS

My brand colors are specific. A deep blue and a light gray. The free version of BlogHash has a few preset color schemes. None matched. BlogHash Pro has a color picker. You can change the header background, the link color, the button color, the hover color. I set my colors in about five minutes. No CSS. No frustration.

The free version has no color picker. You get the preset schemes. If you are happy with those, great. If you are not, you need Pro.

The Typography Controls That Let Me Use My Favorite Fonts

I am picky about fonts. The free version uses system fonts. They are fine, but they are boring. BlogHash Pro gives you access to hundreds of Google Fonts. You can choose a font for headings and a different font for body text. You can adjust the font size, line height, and letter spacing. I chose Inter for body text and Lora for headings. My site looks much more professional.

The free version has no custom fonts. You get what the theme gives you. If you want your site to stand out, you need Pro.

The Performance Numbers

I tested BlogHash Pro on a standard shared hosting plan. No caching plugins. The results:

GTmetrix: 92% (desktop), 87% (mobile). Load time: 1.5 seconds. Largest Contentful Paint: 1.4 seconds.

The free version scores about 93%. Pro adds about 0.1 seconds. You will not notice. Your readers will not notice. But they will notice the sticky header, the grid layout, the popular posts, and the related posts.

The theme is lightweight because it does not use a page builder. It is all customizer options and clean code.

What I Do Not Like

BlogHash Pro is not a page builder theme. You cannot drag and drop sections on your homepage. You are limited to the blog archive and whatever widgets you add. That is fine for a blog, but if you want a custom homepage with multiple sections, you will need a page builder or a different theme.

The documentation is okay but not great. I had to figure out how to set up the popular posts widget. It took me about fifteen minutes. The support is responsive but not instant. I asked a question about the sticky header on mobile and got a reply in 24 hours. That was fine.

Another downside: the Pro version does not include a dark mode toggle. If you want dark mode, you need a separate plugin. Also, there is no built-in ad management. You would need to use a plugin or manual placement.

Pricing – Is It Worth $39?

BlogHash Pro costs $39 per year. Compare that to buying the features separately:

Sticky header (if separate): $19/year
Grid layout plugin: $19/year
Popular posts plugin: $19/year
Related posts plugin: $19/year
Color picker plugin: $19/year
Custom fonts plugin: $19/year

Total: $114 per year. BlogHash Pro gives you all of these for $39. You save $75. The math works if you need at least two of those features.

There is also a lifetime license for $99. If you plan to run your blog for more than three years, the lifetime license is cheaper.

If you run a blog and you want a clean, fast magazine theme with sticky header, grid layout, popular posts, related posts, custom colors, and custom fonts, buy BlogHash Pro. The free version is fine for a basic blog, but Pro adds the features that make your site look professional and keep people reading. The $39 per year is fair for what you get.

If you need a complex homepage with multiple sections, if you need a page builder, if you need a mega menu – do not buy BlogHash Pro. It is a blog theme, not a business theme.

I have been using BlogHash Pro for three months. My site is faster. My readers stay longer. I spend less time tweaking. That is exactly what I wanted.

Get BlogHash Pro from the official developer. Do not download from random sites. You will get malware. Not worth the risk.
