Hello Biz Pro Theme Download For Free

Hello Biz is a free business theme. It is simple, clean, and fast. The Pro version costs $39 per year. Instead of listing features, I created a flowchart. Answer the questions as you read. At the end, you will know whether to buy Pro.

Start Here: What Kind of Business Site Do You Have?

Question 1: Do you have more than five services or products?

If YES, go to Question 2. If NO, go to Question 3.

The free version of Hello Biz is designed for small businesses with a few services. If you have a long list of services or many products, you need better organization. Pro adds service filtering, product categories, and a portfolio layout. I have twelve services. I needed Pro to organize them. Without Pro, my services page was too long.

Question 2: Do you want to show case studies or past work?

If YES, buy Pro now. The free version has no portfolio section. Pro adds a portfolio post type with image galleries, client names, and project details. I added six case studies. Potential clients read them. My conversion rate went up. If you do not need a portfolio, continue to Question 3.

The free version has no way to showcase your work. You can add a gallery plugin, but that adds cost and complexity. Pro includes it.

Question 3: Do you have a team of more than one person?

If YES, go to Question 4. If NO, go to Question 5.

The free version has no team section. You can list team members in a text widget, but it looks amateur. Pro adds a team section with photos, names, titles, and social links. I have three team members. I added their profiles. Clients like seeing who they will work with. If you are a solo freelancer, you do not need this.

Question 4: Do you want to show client testimonials?

If YES, buy Pro now. The free version has no testimonials section. You can add a text widget, but it looks basic. Pro adds a testimonial carousel or grid with star ratings, client names, and company logos. I added six testimonials. New clients mentioned them during calls. Social proof matters. If you do not have testimonials yet, skip to Question 5.

Question 5: Do you need a sticky header?

If YES, go to Question 6. If NO, go to Question 7.

The free version has no sticky header. When people scroll down, the menu disappears. They have to scroll back up to navigate. If your site has long pages, this is annoying. Pro adds a sticky header with one click. I enabled it. My bounce rate dropped. If your pages are short, you may not need it.

Question 6: Do you want different headers for different pages?

If YES, buy Pro now. The free version has one header for every page. Pro lets you create different headers. Your homepage can have a transparent header with a white logo. Your services page can have a solid header with a colored logo. Your landing pages can have a simple header with no menu. I use different headers. It makes my site feel custom. If you are fine with one header, continue.

Question 7: Do you want a custom homepage layout?

If YES, go to Question 8. If NO, go to Question 9.

The free version has a fixed homepage. Hero section, services section, about section, call to action. You cannot reorder sections. You cannot add new sections. Pro gives you a section builder. You can reorder sections. You can add a portfolio section, a team section, a testimonials section, a blog section. You can also hide sections you do not need. I reordered my homepage to put services above about. My bounce rate improved. If you are happy with the default order, skip to Question 9.

Question 8: Do you want to add a newsletter signup section?

If YES, buy Pro now. The free version has no newsletter integration. Pro adds a newsletter section that connects to Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign. You enter your API key and list ID. The section shows an email field and a subscribe button. I added it to my homepage and footer. My email list grew by 20% in two months. If you do not collect emails, skip to Question 9.

Question 9: Do you want custom fonts and colors?

If YES, go to Question 10. If NO, go to Final Tally.

The free version has a few preset color schemes and system fonts. You cannot change them. Pro gives you a color picker for every element and access to 800+ Google Fonts. I matched my brand colors exactly. My site looks professional. If you are happy with the default look, skip to Final Tally.

Question 10: Is brand consistency important to your business?

If YES, buy Pro now. The free version will not match your brand. Pro will. If you are a freelancer or small business without strict brand guidelines, you may not need this.

Final Tally: How Many Times Did the Flowchart Say “Buy Pro”?

Count how many times you were directed to buy Pro. Here is what your score means:

0-1 times: Stick with the free version. You do not need Pro. Save your $39.

2-3 times: Consider Pro. You will use some of the features. Try the free version first. If you hit limits, upgrade.

4 or more times: Buy Pro. You need multiple premium features. The $39 is worth it.

My score was 5. I bought Pro. I have no regrets. My site looks better. My clients trust me more. I get more inquiries. The $39 was a small price.

What Pro Does Not Have

Hello Biz Pro does not have a drag-and-drop page builder. You cannot design every element of your page. You are limited to the sections the theme provides. If you want complete design freedom, look at themes like Kadence or Astra. Hello Biz is for people who want a professional business site without spending hours designing.

Pro also does not have a built-in booking system. If you need appointments, you will need a separate plugin.

The Performance Reality

I tested both versions on the same hosting. GTmetrix results:

Free version: 94% score, 1.3 seconds load time.

Pro version: 92% score, 1.5 seconds load time.

Pro adds features but does not slow the site much. Your visitors will not notice. Google will not penalize you.

Hello Biz Pro is a solid upgrade for business owners who need a portfolio, team section, testimonials, sticky header, custom homepage, newsletter integration, or brand colors. Run the flowchart. Be honest with yourself. If you need multiple features, buy Pro. If you need few or none, stick with free.
